BLS Skills Sessions are offered at numerous Project Heartbeat locations.  This option is for students who have already completed the online component and only need to complete Part 2, a skills check-off session at the RQI BLS Station. Your confirmation email will contain the door code and instructors to access the office for BLS Skills Part 2. Upon the completion of BLS Skills, Project Heartbeat will instantly issue your AHA BLS eCard!

Complete your BLS course at your convenient time

Part 1 (Online):

• Must be completed before Part 2 (skills session)
• Up to two hours online, self-paced course accessible anytime from any computer .
• May be used for initial or renewal BLS for Healthcare Providers Course completion.

Part 2 (skills check via Voice Activated Manikin):

• Practice, demonstrate, and successfully complete skills testing with an instructor to receieve your BLS Provider Card on the same day
• A live instructor will not be present. The VAM (voice assisted manikin) will be doing the testing. CPR is a physical skill & you must be in good health to perform CPR on a manikin. If you are injured or have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prevent you from performing CPR properly, you should not take this class. If you feel yourself becoming too exhausted or straining in any way, you should stop, & reschedule. Project Heartbeat is not responsible for any incurred injuries.
