Part 1 (Online):

• Must be completed before Part 2 (skills session)
• Self-paced course accessible anytime from any computer .
• May be used for initial or renewal ACLS.

Part 2 (skills check via Voice Activated Manikin):

• Practice, demonstrate, and successfully complete skills testing with an instructor to receieve your ACLS Provider Card on the same day
• A live instructor will not be present. The VAM (voice assisted manikin) will be doing the testing. CPR is a physical skill & you must be in good health to perform CPR on a manikin. If you are injured or have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prevent you from performing CPR properly, you should not take this class. If you feel yourself becoming too exhausted or straining in any way, you should stop, & reschedule. Project Heartbeat is not responsible for any incurred injuries.
